Well you've read the title now meet the projects..............Im gonna do this as a 4 bike build-up so hopefully it doesnt get so confusing following these rebuilds.......
Everythings basically junk to most people and these things are hardly complete........Luckily I have lots of parts stored in totes aswell as daily parts orders arriving..
Most know or seen my 2011 MT-A1 HF trophy cag I won that turned out to be a nitemare.......Ive decided to whip the chinese back at their game and make that weak frame theyve designed for the 2011 model MT-A1 Cag more reliable and stronger by soild filling the frame and forktubes with block fill for car engines and redesigning then building a new stronger upper engine mount

Some also seen shots of my basket case Zenoah powered MT-A1 HF Cag that Ive already started on by modifying it a bit and painting the frame a descent coating of Rustoleum satin black

This one I got yesterday. Its an MT-A2 FF Cag....The kid wanted $40....He got $25 because he painted it like a goofball...............Its gonna take a bit to strip off all the repugnant paint and spray on something a bit better

Got this one tonight. Its a 2006 MT-A2 HF Cag....The kid wanted $90 for this ...lol.....He got $20 and in the picture you can see why..............

Updates to follow soon.........

ok so i really havent worked on my X18 in a while but we will talk about that later. so when i moved to ohio i had 2 X7's one was a parts expiriment bike, the other just kinda sat there. it ran but i did a head chop and pretty much made a monster out of my yellow x7. so i was bored and completely disassembled the other x7. this is the build. please, ive already make a good 49cc motor. but im hoping cam2 or one of the other resident mad professors will chime in and tell me some more tips and tricks to unlocking even more power out of this thing.">

Hi
A while ago i bought an X7 for about 50$, back then it was kind of a wreck. The pull starter was broken, it had no fenders, flat tire, front fork was not bouncing back and the electrical system was a mess.
Now, a few months later, I've fixed most of these things.
It still has no fenders, front light or front blinkers but I'm gonna fix this in a while. The engine runs quite nicely tho and i am able to drive it.

Ok first off I was told to put this thread here by the mods until they found a better place for it. When you do mods, please feel free to relocate :)
So I posted up a pic of one of my current projects when I introduced myself. Many of you wanted to see more so here it is . It is a radio flyer wagon with a custom made full suspension (based of a 32 ford hotrod) chassis with a 110cc 4 speed manual electric start motor.
I will let the pics do most of the talkin.

I'm starting the rebuild of a Dandy pocket bike I recently picked up for $100...
I tore it down last night and I'll be dropping off a pile of parts hopefully next week to be powder coated. I haven't decided on color yet but I'm leaning towards lime green for the frame & wheels and then either a satin black or flat black finish on the fairings. Any opinions on color would be appreciated.

Finally! I'm actually almost done building this bike. It started of as a bare frame from one of the members of this. I think his name was juanitoboy or something. Anywho, I have a Lucky 7. The frame is painted red. White wheels are on it's way. I'm actually debating if I should go polished wheels or white. Maybe you guys could help me out with that. I have sams BB kit I think the stage 3 package that he offered, a jet pro pipe from ebay, x7 forks/trees, x7 wheel spacers, cat-eye handle bars, pro jet pipe and a walbro carb from randy @ ********parts4less. What else does this thing need? I also need your guy's help with chain tensioners in the rear. Right now I have cut washers but I don't think they'll do justice. Any ideas on what I could use. instead? Maybe something rectangular and thick? I'm also in a search for the brake bracket for the rear as well. It's pretty hard to find.:thumbsup:

Okay, it kinda looks like we're doing this contest bi-monthly, since the March BOTM took so long .... Here's the score: during the entire month of May, you may post your bike for the contest (one entry per person, please). The voting will begin June 1st through June 25th. After June 25th, the winning bike will be posted for several days on the thread (and maybe if you sweet-talk Nick, he'll make up some cool picture with your bike in it or something for your signature). Remember, no PhotoShopping, just several good pics of your ride. Collages of various shots are welcome.
Put 'em up, guys - show us what you got!

At this time there was no pipe.. I had just painted the rims black, bondo'd and primed the tank and new custom tail. There are also no elecs. I had to wait for all the parts.
Custom intake I installed, a little bit bigger then the PBU one. barely any clearance for one any larger.

Well I think I will start a thread on my X18 starting from the day I pulled it out of the crate. Uncrating was fairly easy and straight foreward. Now the fun begins. First I gave the bike a thourough assesment of assembled "quality" and like so many of you comment, it was pathetic at best !
Right off the bat i'm finding cross threaded body mount screws, plastic components that were barely "snug" .
