New Blata 14 WRS($800)

I really need to sell this soon, been sitting with no use for a while.

I am the first owner of this bike. I bought it as at the time looked really fun and a neat sport to get into. Soon other more important things came up and didn't really use it. It has about 1 hour after break-in time on it. I bought it in 2010 and kept it in the the garage until 2013. I took off the fairings because they are mint.

Re: New Blata 14 WRS($800)

I would take it to a parking lot car show, bike races, Go Karts any races or event and when they see how fast it is, some Speed Crazy Person will buy it for sure, lol. Its a beautiful bike, needs a good owner. I have 13 bikes and 5 project bikes, would love to have it, but I need $800 for my almost new 50cc Polini engine without a carb, for my avatar GRC GP bike, has a 40cc modified China Polini W/C engine with Polini clutch housing and BZM 2 shoe racing clutch.

Re: New Blata 14 WRS($800)

Their is a car show coming up in my very small city. I'll probably get denied since a pocket bike isn't really considered a motorcycle. Thanks for the advice.

I don't mean enter it, go hang out there and ride it if you can near or in the parking lot and bring a For Sale sign. See if you can get someone to bite.

Re: New Blata 14 WRS($800)

You won't be sorry, it's $300 for 1 rim and good tire- $600, plus add bearings and spacers. Your getting the bike for 2 wheels and a BZM clutch. You better Pray before you ride it, cause it might make you wet your pant's, lol.

Re: New Blata 14 WRS($800)

All of my 13 bikes are not made anymore. The 2 and 4 strokes are totally different and more expensive too. More Smog stuff since 2010, and now only 40cc 4 stroke Cag pocket rockets. My first A1 47cc half fairing Cag was $169.99 and $48 shipping now there $400 plus.

It's like with the karts, the Briggs and Stratton 4 cycle LO206 is taking over because of low operating cost, it takes the cheapest gas you can find, and cheap replacement engines , don't need to rebuild often like the Italian engines, a New IAME engine over $3500 , a new Briggs $ 600 complete with fuel lines fuel filter throttle linkage carb ect

You can hop them Briggs engines up, hp valves, springs, mill the head or high top piston, port the intake and exh. Big Tillson carb and killer glass pack exhaust.

I'm tempted EPR, they're not bad and the operating cost is sooo much lower, but I'm addicted to 2 strokes

For you 220 hrs. is probably at least year or two of running time on the track.

I think you should get the briggs. You can always modify them. And you could probably easily switch it back too the 2 stroke if you want.

IF YA AINT MIXIN GAS YA AINT HAULIN AS*

Lucky 7, PBU Scorpion Head Kit, Clone IP2 Pipe, Ported, Rocket key, Fiberglass reeds, NGK spark plug boot, HP spark plug wire, Modded Clutch, Walbro HDA 223 Carb

I was wrong it's not 220 hrs between rebuilds it's 8 hrs, for the IAME, I did get a mychron and hooked it up, so I can be accurate with time on build RPM's ect

It's tempting pocket, I've also got something else in the works (trying to talk the lady into me getting a Yamaha R3, on payments maybe just for track but also thinking about running it without an M1 on the street) LOL

Hey pocket a comparison between manufacturers of the class of bikes I'm looking at (around 300 cc) the only one that barely beats out the Yamaha in hp is the KTM (but barely) also the Honda is a 1 cylinder, the kawasaki and Yamaha are 2 cylinder's, I haven't looked at cylinder configuration for the KTM yet
I forgot the pics are messed up again
http://www.yamahar3racing.com/yamaha-r3-specs/
Edit : I looked it up the KTM is a single cylinder like the Honda, the KTM is sweet too!

Re: New Blata 14 WRS($800)

I would get the Yamaha or ktm. Ktm just has such nice quality. i was looking at getting a ktm dirt bike and they make some of the best or the best bikes in the world. Depending on who you ask.But they do ask for a bit more $. Choices Choices Choices.....

Re: New Blata 14 WRS($800)

I personally would get the ktm duke 390. But if it were for a track day I would see which one handles the best. A few more hp isn't much help of the suspension and chassis don't work well with it.
