Whats up guys, so I found some older pictures of my bikes when I first got started, haha obviously paint was more important to me back then.... the over-spray was cleaned up at one point...
Let me know what you guys think, It was a "Goonies" theme, now it's just the old tore up Konica Minolta <--not gonna post a pic it's UGLY from sitting outside for a year!
I'll add some newer pictures real soon! even of the uglier "Orange and Blue" bike.... (sorry Mike, it is Ugly!) :D

heheh, even ugly girls can be FAST! I'll try to snap some pictures and describe some of the cool things we did to her....
One of the best FREE mods done, was to trim down that clutch bell cover, so it looks like the blata racing type, that alone bought us 10 - 15 minutes of "Extra" ride time before the clutch starts to smoke from being too hot!
Relocating the water bottle to the back worked out really well too! <---Goodyear Heater Hose is my Friend!!!!!!
Thanks for the post EPR!

Im liking it..........Too bad it doesnt still look like that.........It looks almost as ugly-tough as my old Oldsmobile 442............lol

My neighbor has one of the coolest 442's I've ever heard, he moved here from Florida, so you can imagine how loud that exhaust system is, I can hear him half way across town! <--now I just got to make my Hyundai sound like that :D
most all my bikes ride 10x better than they look, but beaters are more fun, and sleepers surprise people who ride them or race against them!

Nick, I put a chrome 4 into 1 header & a Monza exhaust on my Tii 2002 BMW, that thing sounded mean. JC whitney online might have a hp exhaust for your car too, they have a twin chrome tips and are painted w/ black wrinkle paint, they also come on Ferrari's and cars like that.
My #1 Sams drag engine keeps eating clutch racing springs, one at a time, lol. I just got 3 more stock Cag clutches and 3 Zenoah scooter clutches at Dave's last week for $2 each. I leave the center piece on and change the bolts, shoes & springs that way don't have to take it off the clutch off. I have two 2 shoe, 2 spring racing clutches for later when there both in the 2 engine drag bike.
Sam,s Red Stocker engine, still on the stand, I stole the 14/14 today and put it on my avatar bike, haven't finished yet, tomorrow, Sams #2 eng. Checked the head bolts & plug, all looks good, just not running right w/ the Walbro 16mm, can't get it to adj.. Its a new copy carb, on a new engine, Sam put it there, took it off all the gaskets and CF reeds and they look good. Has no boosting fitting in the alum walbro manifold, and the 14/14 does, and it ran so good on the red engine, so it is a Test, is it the Walbro or not is the Question, lol. I am just trying to set the rings on the engines. All 5 of my running engines are new.
Going to build a 40cc Cag hopped up eng w/ ADA cyld and head I got at the orphan sell. Using the cases from the twisted crank engine, looking to lighten everything and try for some High RPMs, have new bearings and seals from PB Parts tomorrow, also got front & rear hydraulic brake upgrade kits for PB too. Don't think they will fit the C1, but they will fit the A2 Cag. Man, I got alot of work to do.

Do you think there is any way to fit the three shoe C1 clutches to the beastly Air cooled engine? I think it's a tapered shaft on the c1 clutch but if it was small enough maybe it could be "drilled" out to fit a non-tapered shaft?
Those C1 clutches can handle around 8hp and do pretty well, but, enough power will kill any clutch! :D:thumbsup:

I think I looked before, Tsun gave me an extra clutch w/ the C1, I believe the taper is small than a Cag, thanks now I have to look again. The clutch maybe 80mm and the Cag is 78. I have7 stock Cag & 3 C1 housings now. I will look again to see if the 3 shoe C1 will work, have thought about that before, believe me,lol. My 2 shoe Cag racing clutches have no keyway, I tried one of those on one of my engines and it was spinning on the shaft no matter how tight the bolt was, going to grind keyways in them before I put them on the drag engines.
I have looked at the C1 housing too, and want to make the cooling holes bigger like you did foresure. Got so much going right now, going to be a busy summer for me.

As promised, Here is the UGLY bike, (haha Mike is not a paint designer!) < --- Just kidding!
Pretty stock, we go back and forth between the banshee carburetor and the stock 14mm SHA clone, the banshee carb on this bike was unpredictable, probably a float issue, but it's all plastic I think (hard to adjust?)
Banshee Radiator, and a relocated water bottle, with a dynamic bleed, the "heater hose" is the generic Goodyear brand stuff from auto-zone.
Still has the stock brake levers and the "Twin" front disk setup.
I'll be pulling it apart to mod it and rebuild it over the next week or so, then it's time to fab up a muffler for it, while trying not to loose too much power.

Nick, you got alot of Work to do,lol. I have been working 10hrs aday for 3 days on my bikes, I hurt everywhere.

Hehe, Fabricators / Mechanics hands are almost as bad as Musicians!
Back When I was a Sound-Man, guitar players shredded... <--their fingers to ribbons, bass players had some really gross callus's, and the drummers we're always asking me for band-aids for busted knuckles, now, the singers, (during live events) we're sometimes jerks to us about the "Sound Quality" so we waited for multiple offences, then quickly hit them in the teeth (via the microphone) with 48Volts of Phantom Microphone power, (not needed except for condenser mic's or jerks you want to teach a lesson)
My hands look nice right now from all the recent mouse clicking, but they will be tore up again by next week!
