Yes, they have plastic black manifolds that bolts to the Cag engine and fit the 15mm pumper carb, then you have a return line to your or I run mine thru a chevy brake fitting in my gas cap. I have to of them I got on eBay months ago. There is the alum one for the 16mm Walbro style carb too.
The 15mm manifold is used on the Mini ATV bikes w/ Cag engine. I found mine on eBay for about $12.95 each and a few bucks S/H. I have a whole set up from 15mm V-stack, carb thru to the manifold that I used on a test engine on the bench.

It can but itll be better to get a hp pumper carb retrofit kit...it comes with everything you need.................between the velocity stack with airfilter and intake manifold youll be paying close to forty dollars..The retrofit kit is a few bucks more.....

Yeah, the alum ones for the 16mm don't have leaking problems like the plastic ones. It was fun adding the boost barb fitting, it's a tight fit.
A whole kit is cheaper than piece by piece. Its about $60+ for a 16mm

Would probably need a welder, angle grinder & a bunch of hand and or power tools to make an engine mount, exhaust mount or cut and modify your exhaust pipe on the X1 frame. The X1 chain drives on the right side, the piston port engine is mounted backwards cause 5:1 trans, chain driven X1 trans or CVT reverse the direction of the engine so the rear wheel turns forward. I am in the middle of a twin engine reed port HP Cag engines turned backwards and chained together and hooked to a V-belt driven CVT trans 7:1 down to 5:1 at high RPMs for more top speed.

Another alternative would be using a pocket dirtbike/pocketquad or x7 transmission and flipping the rear swingarm...................

This way the engine could face forwards and not have an issue bolting up the exhaust pipe it the cylinder................
