cheap cheap leathers

tell me a site with leather minimoto suits. under the price of 300. thnx

I've used http://www.newenough.com over the past 5-6 years for leathers on my big bikes. Great company and killer prices.

i got a really cheap suit off ebay it was a used arlen ness it was worn a few times and i got it for 250

Yeah Newenough offers some cool deals but to bad they stopped selling used leathers because I got a Dainese suit from them for real cheap

none of there suits are under $300

leather is something (at least for big bikes) you dont skimp on. you talking about your body & life. i would recommend saving a little more and getting a good set not something that costs just enough. im not saying that to insult so please dont take it take way. ive wrecked 2 bikes in the past and life/helment combo kept me walking & talking.

like my set i bought now i bought while living in germany and ran me about $1000
plus duhmmel & manako helmet (300+ a piece)
icon timax gloves (100+)
vertebra 2 boots (250 i think)

i stand by quality riding gear and never recommend any thing but high quality high grade gear.

yea umm where the heck am i gonna get 1000 dollas. lol i have no job yet, im 14. so yea ill defenitly have a full face helmet top of da line. but the leathers cost more than the bike it self. yea u wanna throw me 1000 bucks lol.

When newenough first started out they used to sell used gear for cheap but as they grew they stopped selling used gear.

It's not the cost of the gear it's the quality and safety ratings. You paid $1K for a suit which was your thing to do but Dannisport from the UK sells suits for under $500 that rated #1 against all or most the top competitors out there so it's not always the cost that determines the worth of your gear. I have dealt with gear for over 4-5 years now and there are thousands of manufacturers we don't even hear about in the US it's sad

I've got a set of fieldsheer leathers I bought a few years back that I no longer use. The zipper on the pants broke and I never got it fixed. Not positive about the size. I think the pants are a 34. The jacket is like a 46 (I think, but I'd have to check). They are black and blue. Excellent shape except for the zipper on the pants. I also have a pair of white/blue/flourescent pink boots. I'd sell everything for $100 plus shipping if anyone is interested.

Would also trade for a small jacket for my nephew. He is 12 and about 65 lbs.

Unfortunately finding cheap leather is like finding cheap gold, leather is animal skin, animals cost money to raise and making leather doesn't cost peanuts either.

Depending on what size you are, we have many Speed and GiMoto minimoto suits on sale for $250 + S&H (about $15) and Giannini suits (probably the best in the industry) for $300 + S&H. If anyone is interested shoot me a PM w/ contact info and the size you wear (or your rough height and weight).

The Gimoto & Speed suits are massively reduced in price, normally $425, so make sure if you buy one you give the right size, these are a no return item.

The Giannini suit is the best bang for the buck on the market for pocket bike racing right now! They are made for racing pocketbikes and bend in all the right places. The riding position is different for big bikes, so there is a little compromise in comfort in full road race leathers.

The Giannini suit is also full leather and crash tests well. The better textile suits on the market, while comfortable do not give the same level of protection. A good crash in a textile suit usually results in road rash, and in some cases, I have seen them wear through.
