go to a local bike shop to get sized and find what fits you, try different brands they all have slightly different shape to them. don't go by looks to decide. You need a proper fitting helmet for it to do its job

i've decided i'm gonaa probably get the tk-9 (lots of approvalls, bci, snell, acu, ***, ect) in solid black, thn get the sweeet sliver visor.the leathers that i have are an ugly brown, so a blue or red helmet with graphics would look pretty stupid, but the silver visor will really look good with the jet black.

BEN

GOD BLESS

ANYONE ELSE HAVE EXPIEIENCE WITH KBC?

Really as long as it's both Snell/*** approved and fits you well (fits snugly, doesn't flop around) it'll be fine whatever brand you choose.

The speeds aren't so great in Minimoto racing that the less expensive brands wouldn't work. The worst crash is normally a high-side and several people have hit hard enough to be knocked out. So you want the good padding and the approvals are one way (besides looking at it and feeling it yourself) to be assured of that.

here's a couple locations with good, low-cost helmet choices;

http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...=16&Division=1

i use an HJC CL-14, i like it fits me well, it was reasonable priced. Best thing about it has been that the replacement faceshields are available from most motorcycle shops, (i prefer to buy em local they tend to damage easily when mailed) they offer clear, smoke, and a mirror tints,

Get what fits don't worry about brand

tonker.com is where I got a HJC CS-12 for $78+ $7 shipping. Got to me in 3 days via UPS standard ground. One of the best deals on the net and no BS or baby sitting a bid on eBay... Good luck!

You cant beat it! I got that helmet in July. I think its now $98. Still worth the money compared to walkin into your local cycle shop. If I ever need a helmet im going back to that site and getting it only cause ordering is a breeze and shipping was extremely fast!!!

BTW... I do suggest going to your local shop to fit a HJC or any other brand you guys might have in mind when ordering online. Im a XL in HJC but a L in SHOEI so make sure you get the fit you need.
