Re: textile vs leather

leather is more expensive but way way more durable. i have a textile jacket that I like to run when its hot and have went down in it . It has asphalt burn holes clear through it . It really offers minimal protection compared to leather . but is cheaper and cooler. Depends on how much you like your skin . I would prefer leather over textiles anyday . I like to keep my skin.
