I pick up a Honda NS-1 Friday, purchased for $120 . The engine has to be rebuilt, but that's not difficult as I have major parts already. The fairings need a little TLC, but I'll have it running and looking good for under $600. I'll probably make it a race only bike, I'm not sure . I haven't raced a big wheel 50 yet, so it's going to be different.

lucky bastid. Man it's 2:19AM in Cali and I'm still up. Can't sleep at the moment... well was up late playing Halo2.
I need VFR parts. Before you go shopping gotta sort out my spares bin to see what I need. For sure I want another aftermarket exhaust... or a bolt on aftermarket end can. I don't mind slicing the OEM canister for a little more sound.
A guy just crashed his VFR and the rivets came off of the can, other than that it's a full exhaust. I may be able to get it cheap (if it's repairable). I'll have to see if my broker will part with it. Just let me know what you need and I'll get back to you.
My troops are into Halo2 as well, i'm trying to make some money and have fun doing it. No time for games, I've been moving alot of bikes recently. I just sold the white 2002 NSR50 I posted a pic of for my Rider's coach.
Next year I'm going to have a full blown race team, total of 7 bikes, with a possible 8th. Now i need to look for some sponsorship, we've been spending alot of money getting the bikes in order and ordering leathers. I need to do some research, do you have any references?

I had to kill the deal, until the shop gets a pipe for the bike. Other than that it's a complete NS-1, minus the levers. If they get a pipe it's game on.
