Re: how to make a 2004 Honda NSR 50CC street legal..

you need to register it on the road,ie plates
fit some aftermarket lights and indicators
road tyres etc or you could get the fairings with lights fitted already from a street model

these are the basics but iam sure it will need a test of some sort,to be classed as street legal but these will vary in different countries

ive seen loads of race bikes on the road even motorcross bikes so it can be done

yeah same, but this looks a bit harder. I was looking at it closer and I don't see one thing on here that looks street legal.

eBay Motors: Honda (item 150303770000 end time Oct-26-08 19:00:00 PDT)

take a look.

thank you

It looks like they are doing it in California. The NSR Visits Calaveras..... - BARF - Bay Area Riders Forum

I think Baja Designs has a Kit for the CRF50/XR50 to give it lights and signals. I bet it would work on the NSR.

Baja Designs: https://www.bajadesigns.com/net/main...ategory=MCYCLE

(I say buy the NSR!)

nice, i really want to buy it, but it looks like too much of a project to make it street legal, add front breaks. all that..

thanks for that website, looks like i can get some use out of it.

Re: how to make a 2004 Honda NSR 50CC street legal..

Please look at the pictures closer. You do not have to add Brakes at all. It has Full Disc Brakes Front and Rear.

Also, look at a picture with the Tach. You can see that it is built to have another guage mounted next to it, a mount for the ignition, and the cut-out for the Headlight is already in the plastic fairing.

If it does not sell, I will make it street legal and ride it.

I just have too much stuff. Some things have to go.
