But it ain't faster than a Mid Bike. The torque they produce off the tight corners is a killer. They are babies now but they're growing up fast. I like 2 smokes to but they had their day. Honda's made sure of that.

... and i hate honda for that. they're trying to drag two-strokes out of motogp and mx, for NO other reason than sales politics. the statement that "two-strokes had their day" is just not true, people have been saying that for 40 years... there are reasons, why the two-stroke engine is still out there, and will be out there for a while to come.

looks nice, and i'm sure riding it is fun. but i don't think it's faster than an rs125. i'm biased against four-stroke engines... if i were to build a bike with 17" wheels and for large tracks, i'd build me a rs125 (or similar) chassis with a 500cc v2 two-stroke.
my bike is intended for small kart tracks and indoor tracks, where a supermoto or even a pitbike is faster than a (full-size) racebike.
I'm not saying that my friends RS monster is faster then a true RS125... I know that a true RS125 is faster... rode one before!
But to be honest my friends RS bike with the 17" wheels is great on kart tracks. The suspension is great and handles better then a mini would ever handle! It is a TRUE GP bike... I thought a 17" wheel RS wouldn't be able to hang with me on a tight kart track... but another member in our club has a RS frame with a 80cc motor in it and it will dust me in the corners! It handles so good and weight transfer is easy... it is just like racing a NSR, just a little bit taller. This member use to be okay on a NSR, could beat him with no worries... but now that he has a true GP bike it is crazy how well it handles in the corners.

Re: imagine...

Fire I'm not talking stock I know better than that. It's a proven fact that 4's have better low end torque but when the 2's come in they smoke 4's. Which is why 125 and 250 GP is all about corner speed.

Re: imagine...
