There is all kinds of cool mods for the NSR50 and NSF 100. The problem is they are in Japan and the US doesn't capture enough of the big aftermarket company interest to bother with. The dollar blows right now .vs. the yen making importing a lot of the parts uber expensive.
Athena makes a 72cc cylinder that I'm sure you could bore out to a 75cc... I've got a Athena 63cc kit bored out to 65cc's and it is a nice cylinder!!!

Thanks for all the info, what should an Athena 72cc kit cost? they are asking $275 (Canadian) plus 40 to install plus tax (%14)
Yeah the guy at the shop said that the kit could be used with the stock pipe but I'm intrested in getting an undertail so I can have a full RCV mini replica.
I also wonder if its worth the $$$ will the kit give me more top speed or just accel? I'm ok with the porformance so far, just would like a little more top speed at lower revs.
Right now I can do about 95, my old ysr50 did 110top
I'm 126 pounds, 5'3 so I was suprised that I topped out at 95.
I'd like to be able to do 110 for some longer trips with the bigger bikes as I ride with the locals in town on some nights.
Given its used as a street bike are more CC's really going to get me much?
