can't decide what to get? please help

Hey everyone, I am new to the group and i have a question.
I want to get an electric pocket bike because the neighbours around me dont like a lot of noise. I am looking for something with a price range from $100 - $250. I have looked at the xtreme xp700, the razor pb200 and the razor pr200. What is the difference between the pr200 and pb200? I would like it to go fast, atleast 25mph would be great. I would like to spend under $100 for sure on mods and would like something that is reliable. Please help me make up my mind on what to get. Thanks

XP700 would be best. The PR200 is the older version, which is slightly faster than the PB200 but it is discontinued.

If you get the XP-700, then you could overvolt the motor by adding another 12 volt battery. You then would also need to get a new controller. The total for the battery and the controller should not be more than $100. FYI, if you live in Canada, you won't be able to get the xp-700... i tried

razor made no such thing as a pb200
theres only a pr200

exon kinda gave the name pb200 to his bike becuase he was one of the first to mod it and mod it a serious amount...

and it seems to confuse a lot of people when they see a video on youtube with the title pb200..

thats just what some people call it....
its not a actal item...

where can i find this pocket bike?
