electric pocketbikes are horrible!!!!!!

i mean seriously who would want to buy an electric one unless there 3 yrs old. They go 15mph!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so sad, someone opening their mouth without doing their research...electric pb can go as fast as you want it to go,, if you know how....we have guys that run electric pb's and they destroy the gas ones without breaking a sweat on the 1/8 mile stretch and the 1/4....

lol Thats Funny! Ha Ha!! My God... You Have Problems :S These Kids That I Race For Fun Go Almost 20 mph (They Got Like 10 Of Them :O) Which Is Kinda Slow But Thats The Reason Why I Race Them! Mine Goes About... Hmn... Feels Like 32... Can't Be Sure Without Speedometer... ANYWAYZ... So Yah But Mine Goes That Fast Because I Tuned It Up... The Kids That I Race Just Buy Em Stock.. And They're Like 11 Yrs Old :P I Beat Em All The Time! lol Somtimes I Even Turn Off My Pocketbike Near The End Of The Course And Just Sit There... Then When They Get Close... Turn It Back On...TORQUE BABY!! Top Speed So Freakin Fast... Golly... But That Was Back Like.. 2 Weeks Ago :S Noq That I'm On 1000w Its Not That Good Of Torque Now.. But Still! :S Oh.. yeah dude. Don't think your gas bike is gonna take a modified electric. Not only will we surpass you with extreme torque will gear them to hit 60mph+ just got to know what your doing.

electric pocket bikes are sometimes hard to work on but they can also smoke the gas ones.

i have to admit...theres a lot of electrics that can smoke gasers...i have a razor 350 watt mini dirt bike and i ride it more than my gas pb because it is almost silent...i like to ride it in the middle of the night and go through peoples yards!...and put a few trenches in their grass after a few passes...jk...

i'm glad we have more folks sticking up for electric pocket bikes... well electric itself... i just have a few questions....... why do these guys come in our section and bash our choice of power source, to run our pocket bikes.... is it because some of their bikes are so slow that it makes them feel better about themselves...is it because they don't have an understanding about electric.....is it because they work for gm( for those who follow the story about gm crashing their electric cars that worked better then the gas cars,for no reason ))or is it because they are just scared of what the future holds for them....i don't remember our friends in this section going to the gas sections just to bash you guys....and if i hear of our members in evpb30mph club doing that street and i will boot them from our club...so for you guys need to show some respect toward this section cause we have shown respect for your section..........

to start, what the hell are you talking abot, if i recal the bike you ride isnt much faster then my stck razor! lol... why dont you go and put you money were your mouth is and race a electric, i will fly to your home town and kill you in the 1/8 mile, maby have a coupe yards on you at the end of the strip....
oh..... i got a better idea post a vid of you riding your bike tuned to the max from a street light to a street light... i will post mine and save money on an ailine ticket, oh ya and show you up too.....


here is why:

with gasers, you have to put almost $2k in them befor thy have any performance, that is white nuckle snapy....Electrics on the other hand, total cost of a good set up is under 700$...

oh ya now look at the power...and out put....

gasser has a TORQUE CURVE of about 10-15 hp, output a good 45-maby 55 mph, after a long take off time(over 200 feet)

Electric on the other hand has LINEAR power of 1.75 hp, and can get up to 35-40mph, yes i know the gasser is faster, but that is not the point,
look at the hp versus speed.....and did i forget the electric will get up to speed in less then 150-200 ft

on a track witha lota turns my bike stock remeber 18mph, would keep up with the Gassers all day, but as of next week it ill be able to muder a gasser hands down.....

oh ya how much did you pay for your bike stock over 450$, what did it get outa the box 25mph.....
my bike costs 150$ and for 80$ more it goes 26.4 mph and with 100$ more will go 28.1 mph(that is 28.1 mph for a lttle over half of your bikes cost)

ok, i first thought electric sucked then when i did my research they are alot better then gas!! You dont have to buy gasoline, there cheaper, and i can ride them on my street and bike path, with a gas you cant. So do you research before flaming!

Alright guys.......let me first say I LOVE all four of my gassers, so please don't hold it against me - I am not some snot nosed know-it-all punk....and I am NOT here to bash electrics..I am actually looking for a little help with an electric scooter...it goes about 15 mph I would say and am currently looking for more...I have a fairly good knowledge of electrics, and am unafraid to attempt new things, but would like to start with something I already have..is it even worth doing,or should I just jump straight in and buy my neighbors razor pb? Any thoughts and opinions are truly appreciated, and thank you in advance.....I can post pics,info,whatever needed if requested... sorry for the long post...
