First problem... Key on, full charge, turn throttle, clicking sound but no GO!

Wiring, connectors.. batteries, controller or something else. I would go in that order.

Even though the charger may be telling you the battery if full it must not be, The clicking sound from a solenoid is almost always due to too little current.

The batteries in the Mid-bikes are pretty much junk even brand new, what they call brand new has been sitting on a shelf forever, And batteries do not like to sit without some sort of trickle charge hooked up to keep them full.

Really some of the only other options it would be is, a high resistance it the wiring, or in the contacts of the solenoid.
