Fix Electric Pocket Bike Help! Please!

Can you guys please help me w/ info on fixing my electric pocket bike and electric scooter? My electric bike wont turn on. There is no fuse in there no more. It has a key ignition and when i turn it on. No green light turns on. But I found a fuse in my electric scooter and i just plugged it in my electric bike real fast then took it out then i tried the ignition key and it turned on for a quick second. Should I buy a new fuse? And details for problem w/ my ELECTRIC SCOOTER will be givin after help w/ my electric bike. Please help me!!!

What model of electric bike do you have? IWhat is the voltage and rating on the motor (500W, 700W)? Sounds like the fuse maybe all thats wrong, just make sure you put the right size fuse back in there. If it pops again, you'll have to look deeper, but I'd sure try it first.

OK, now whats up with that scooter?

My electric bike is 300W 12VDC. And I am not sure which fuse to get. Thanks for all your help. Please reply. And whats wrong w/ my scooter. My scooter's charger input(the one attached to scooter) cables got unplugged. And not really sure what to do.

blowing fuses

I to am experieanceing a problem with my electric x9, it all of a sudden started blowing fuses not right off but 10 to 15 min into a stroll does not matter wheather you are on it hard on not it will pop a fuse. Then when you replace it you get a nice pop and spark when you put in the new fuse. I think it is the the controller but dont have a schematic on it.

I put my fluke on the controller output to the motor 38 to 39 vdc i also proped up the wheels and with the meter on it it held fast and did not blow a fuse until i rode it i am 190 but my 115 daughter also blew a fuse.

I have called the distributor and hopefully they will call me Monday Byke.com, and give me some insite and or reoplacement parts.

Also i can sometimes smell like a electrical smell on occasion, i checked all the harnesses and wires and none are discolored or burnt. I just want an idea of what may be wrong so i wont have to fell taken by t the distributor.

I also noticed that it has two boxes i know one is the controller, what is the other one? on the controller is a site called yin yunn.com went there but no real info i would love to know all of the wiring and have a schematic of the electronics of the bike any out there or what.

I am looking to chage the controller to a 200a one from Sevo and maybe a motor also but that is in the future.

controller

Well, i finally got intouch with the guys at bxke.com and they agreed that it may be the controller and will be shippping me one Asap. Will keep you guys in the loop to make sure that this is the actual problem that i haveing. Its funny because as long as i do short trips around the cul de sac the fuse will not blow its when i take a longer trip around the block that the thing blows. It does not matter if i am going slow or all the way on the gas.

I still think this is one of the premire electrics out of the box and the guys at bxke.com are holding up to there end of the bargin.

Exclamation

OK, let's get one thing straight, these are electric -- there is no 'GAS'!

There's a throttle or accellerator though...
