Well, humm, It makes me very unhappy that we cant get along on this forum, since there are so few of us that do what we do. (ELECTRIC
POCKETBIKES) you would think we could stick together. I bet we could get along in person, but this internet communication is so unpersonal.. we all have our atributes and drawbacks. and it is all a shame...
Now then, my razor goes 23 miles per hour with my 170 pound can mounted aboard. i have a tnc 48 volt speed controller, 54 volts of power and a 350 watt motor, the only actual fabrication was a notch in the frame to accomidate the motor. one12 volt underneith and in front of the original 2 batteries, a 12 volt mounted next to a 6 volt under the seat, all factory plastic and factory look. total of 54 volts, charging is done separately with a 48 volt unit (tnc again) and a seperate wal-mart 6 volt charger,
I dont want to push the controller or motor to 60 volts but they have handled 54 volts for months now. you may bet 25 miles per hour if you are 100 pounds... It is Much more fun than stock, and can pul some wheelies when the batteries are fully charged. Good luck everyone, and god bless.
