need help!! mx350

new to the site and need help!
i just purchased 2 razor mx350's 1 mx500,and 1 mx650.
my ??? is can the mx350 be modified without losing ride time.
these are for my 2 6year old boys that will be riding on the driveway,
and yard.not really worried about faster but more torque for the yard.
can the sprocket be changed on front or back to make more torque.
can the same thing be done to the 650.the 500 is for my daughter who
is 9 years old,i like the way it is for her.these will be for christmas but i
liked them so well i bought the 650 for me.the boys are about 44 lbs.
and i am not sure how they will do in the yard.i want speed in the yard
like it does on blacktop.

any help would be great!!!!
great website!!!!!!!!
dont know much about electric bikes so the easiest would be best!!!

I have worked on the MX350 so far and have to say it is a fun bike even for older riders after you tweak it a tad with more power and a motor mount.

A 48volt12ah set up with a larger motor turns that bike into a monster. The best part is it all can be placed in the MX350's frame with out cutting or welding(you can cut the old controller mount off to give more space for larger batteries)

Re: need help!! mx350

Hey Rootbeer!

I have a couple of MX350's myself that I scored on craigslist. I want to mod one for myself and the other is going to my 6 year old. I will be running 36v myself and want to put in a 500 motor. Would I have to change the controller and throttle also? I just want everything to run stable.

Can you also please post a picture of your motor mount? Are the TNC 500 motors the same as the MX500 motors?
