Re: need wiring help please

LoL, not the normal lingo, but let me see what i can do with it....

Regulator? do you mean motor/power controller? (brain box of electric bikes) if so, you may just need to check a fuse and or reset the breaker, if this does not fix it, check the wires/connectors for any damadge or loose fitting problems....if this does not fix the problem, then you may need a new controller, if ou have laready bout a new controller then here may be your problem

wire codes:
"main power"
14-12ga red = (+) power in to controller
14-12ga black = (-) power into the controller
"motor power"
14-12ga blue (+) power out to motor
14-12ga yellow (-) power out to motor

"off/on"
red/black wires(small 22ga) not needed

"break wires"
red/black(small 22ga) can be up to 2 sets (dont need to use them if you dont want to(cleaner look as well)

"twist grip wires"
Controller then to twist grip chart:
(controller:twist grip)(((three wire hook up,standerd wireing set up)))
red:red (volts in)
black:yellow (volts in)
green/blue:wight (control out)

all other wires I have never used, these are the main connection wires needed to connect a controller into a bike
