I am looking for the schematics on how the setup is for the minimoto my1016 as well as wondering how I could remove the need of a key as I lost mine

the key is just a glorified toggle switch.. disconnect the key switch and replace it with a toggle or push switch and your set.....

if you still want to have a key then you could also just replace the old key hole just buy a whole new lock and key set set and plug the wires in where the old one whent.... or if you dont care about the key a toggle switch would do the job you just have a higher risk of getting it stolen or a little kid accidently pulling the throttle and getting hurt while also hurting the bike.
