Never used an electric, need some guidence

2 Honda 36 Volt Electric Pocket Bike

i was wondering about getting into electric bikes considering i need something more quite than what i have now, and i was wondering if these things will be as fast as my mx3 or atleast close to as fast, and will it atleast beat one of those razors? Its a 36v motor, whats one of those top out at without mods?
