razor pocket rocket

i bought a 900 watt motor couple days back and i cann't put it where i had my 300 watt motor can somebody help me to find a spot for it.If i add a 36volt battery and a 900 watt battery how fast will it go and where can i buy a mph guage for it.

The mounting for the 900W is very different than for the 300W. You may need to add a bracket to hold the 900W motor and then bolt it in that way.

Your Razor is 24V right? You'll also need to figure out where to add the third battery. As far as top speed, that depends on gear ratio's, tire size and how much controller you have.

If you try using the stock controller with that motor, you'll fry it. You'll need to upgrade the controller for that motor.

For speed, the best bet is to visit a local cycle shop and get a adjustable bicycle speedometer (computer). You can program it for your tire size so it's accurate.They are pretty inexpensive and are easy to add on.

The speedo isn't connected to your batteries. It has it's own internal battery.

You can run the 900W motor at 24V, but your speed will be a little less...you'll still need a larger controller to handle the amps.

i'm not an expert but i know for a fact there is no room for a 900 watt motor on the razor pocket rocket. and more bad news. there is no room to add another battery. you are going to have to start from scratch. and buy a new from bigger then the razor. if you decide to run your motor @24 volt you know you will cut your rpm's by 1/3. so if your motor was running 2800 rpm @36 volts. now it will be running at 1866 rpm @ 24 volt...... you would be luck if you hit 10 mphthem rpm's so you will need to start with a bigger frame that will hold 3 batteries and the larger motor....... sorry

How do i add a 2horsepower motor on a razor and wat would be the power i need for it and what would the controller be for a 2 horsepower motor please help becasue i bought 1 and i want to add it to my razor but i don't know how
