The mounting for the 900W is very different than for the 300W. You may need to add a bracket to hold the 900W motor and then bolt it in that way.
Your Razor is 24V right? You'll also need to figure out where to add the third battery. As far as top speed, that depends on gear ratio's, tire size and how much controller you have.
If you try using the stock controller with that motor, you'll fry it. You'll need to upgrade the controller for that motor.
For speed, the best bet is to visit a local cycle shop and get a adjustable bicycle speedometer (computer). You can program it for your tire size so it's accurate.They are pretty inexpensive and are easy to add on.
