Needles & Jets

Hi , i have a W/C blata origami copy bike and i am about to purchace a dell'Oroto
17.5 phbg carbie for it. I absolutly have no idea about carbies and what id like to know is what is a usual or best racing Jets and needles for these carbies. If anyone else has one or doesnt and knows about these please any help would be apreciated.
