110cc X7 top speed.

Hi everyone I heard that a 110cc x7 4 stroke only goes about 30mph stock without a gear change is this true? Also does anyone have a video of X7? I cant find any.

the top speed is more like around 35. yes the x7 gears from the factory suck, so do the x6's. with the x7 you can start out in 4th gear with no problems. Best bet for the x7 is a 16/30 sprocket combo with a properly tuned bike and even with a bigger guy like me at 190 can do 50+ easily. with some simple mods with 17/30 gears im doing 56mph GPS verified. I have a few videos but whenever i try to upload anything it uploads and then tells me there are no more images to upload and the vid doesnt get posted.

so the x7 stock is really not a good top end but how much will the sprocket combination cost

well PBU has a 33 for $39 which wont give you what you need and at a price thats ridiculous. they also have a 17 for the front for 24 bucks which isnt bad but you can get the same sproket for around 18 shipped. the rear i sell a 30 tooth for nearly half. couple this with a 16 or 17 and you should be flying.

but when i get my x7 110cc i want it to go at a fast top end but with really good acceleration u know wat im trying to say right

I know what your trying to say. how much top end do you want to sacrifice for some wheelie action is the ? for you. how much do you weigh? tell me this and i can suggest a gear combo that would work for your expectations.

these numbers are approximate for the x7 110cc 4speed, some i have tested personally but i weigh a bit more than you. the further up in top speed you go the more acceleration you loose. the middle of the road for you would be either 30 teeth in the rear or 17 up front.

14/37 = 35mph stock
15/37 = 38mph
16/37 = 40mph
17/37 = 45mph

14/33 = 40mph
15/33 = 43mph
16/33 = 46mph
17/33 = 50mph

14/30 = 44mph
15/30 = 47mph
16/30 = 51mph
17/30 = 55mph this is about the end of the usefull power level of a stock motor
18/30 = 58mph this gear is for a modified x7

how much take off did it still have when you put 15/30 on it bcuz i wanna still ride wheelies and be able to do a standin burnout still

my stock 110cc semi auto x7/r6 went 41 mph right out of the box then i gutted the exhaust and it picked it up to 43 mph

and this was clocked and timed by a drag strip that i race at every weekend and its accurate and the time was 15.30 until i gutted the pipe and it went to 14.90

If your bike has the standard 14/37 gearing then there is no way you are doing 50.

well... i got one as well as he's just in different colors and by stock it was hiting 47mph and i weight 168lb... X7 is very good on cuting air cause i can catch up with a 110cc X12 with out any problem.. now i hooked up a combo of 17/37 and it go's 55mph }
( My homboi haves a real motocycle n he told me the speed next to me)
untill that ima do the 17/32 combo hehe =] and yep X7 is the ****!
