it is a Honda Xr50 motor so I am sure you can find an exploded view of that. What are you looking for on the engine that you need to know about?

big bore install is a piece of cake, it is as easy as a two stroke almost. I can walk you through it in 5 minutes and it will take about 30 minutes to do so let me know when you are ready and PM me. Essentially unbolt your cylinder head, then unbolt the cylinder and remove it, put in new gaskets and bolt the new stuff back, set the cam timing back in (there are marks on the cam sprocket where it needs to go and marks inside the little cap on the engine underneath the little plug on the left side of the motor, remove that plug and shine a flashlight in there and you will see them, and oh yeah, it is easiest to remove the cam chain tensioner while lining it back up) the last step would be to set your valve lash which was probably not checked after you broke your motor in and should do that anyway.

Wink you gotta breathe

You will need a bigger carb if you are doing a big bore. Otherwise you will be under-aspirated. The first thing you should do...if you have not yet done...is scrap your stock restrictive exhaust. Go with a big name like Pro Circuit, BBR, FMF ...we sell all these brands...our preference is the CHM 22mm. If you are doing a 88 cc BB then I recommend a 22mm carb and aftermarket exhaust. The results are significant...

genesis few questions....
1. why only 1 ziptie? lol and that kinda sux thats the only way to hook up..... lol
2. is that a honda or lifan motor?
3. is that the stock carb that comes with the motor?
4. ne modding to frame to install (besides stronger chain lol)

That 1 zip tie is as thick as your pinky finger...it has worked for 4 months...heavy ...i mean heavy use. (plus it is invisible with the tail on)
I do not use lifan engines...too low compression. no that is not stock carb. look closely at the frame...there is alot of modding involved. It use to be a 2 stroke

Now the the exhaust will work just fine with out mods...
