70% Decided on X12 4 Stroke 4 Speed.... few concerns

I am having trouble deciding between the X6 and X12. I love the X12's Tach and manual transmission, plus alot of other little things too. But, a friend of mine here is raving about his X6. I'm looking for something that I can have for a good 2 years and still have people talking about them in forums when I break something, or be able to easily get parts and aftermarket for when I get used to it's top speed. Any personal opinions here on the X6 110 or the X12 110? Maybe I'm not even looking at the right bikes... but I know I definatly need a MidBike.

Thanks.

-George

The x6 and the x12 are two totally different bikes. one has a 4speed which with some work can be made to shift up and down. the x6 comes with auto trans. top speed on the x12 is going to be much grater than the 6 out of the box. now as for people talking about em well being in the import side of things i would say prolly so, there have been hundreds upon hundreds of the 12's imported. i would get both bikes heck thats why i have 7 bikes now. it boils down to what your preference is gonna be and what kind of riding you plan on doing. one of the projects im going to be doing is swapping in a 110 4speed in a x6. i prefer the 6 over the 12 simply for me the 6 is a more comfortable ride out of the box. i might try to change the footpeg location like i do on the x7's and that might change my opinion on the 12. The 110 x7's is going to change the ballgame being the smallest, lightest, and best handling of the bunch should make for a sikk parking lot racer. i should have my hands on one of them in a couple of days to tear into and do a review.

i personally have never seen a x7 out handle a x6 because they are just tooooo low...i race allot on tight tracks and in neighborhoods and i have never lost to any x7s.....now with that said yes i do own a x7 5cc 4t they are great bikes for str8 line drag racing because they are light but turning has to go to the bigger bikes

The type of riding I'm mainly looking to do is be able to cruise around the neighborhood and just have fun... maybe race a few cars down the road for the fun of it... etc. I'm really into sportbike but cant get one get, so i figure this is the next best thing. Im sereously thinking on the X12 now.... i just gotta find one at a good price. Maybe I'll get an ebay one... anyone know how to tell if its really the real thing and actually 110cc when i get it?

I've ridden both bikes if your gonna cruise the hood the x-12 shifters a great bike. If your planning on racing go with the smaller engine and no shifter. If you can find the bigger motor with the automatic tranny it'll be great for the track. good luck! I've found that the auto shifter bikes are'nt all there cracked up to be!
