try filling the resivore with fluid, open the bleeder on the caliper and let it gravity bleed for a while, keep checking the fluid level, maybe fill it a few times, after that close the bleeder and check to see if you have pressure...Of course the brakes will have to be installed on the bike so the handle (resivore) is higher than the caliper...
If this doesnt work try getting a pressure bleeder for a car and pull the fluid through the hose from the bleeder...
