Talking Dunlop TT91

Hey Guys,
Just wondering would TT91's fit on the X15/X18/X6/X12 rims or are the rims TOO WIDE. The tt91 are 100 wide front and 120 wide rear. But the stock rims hold 145 rear and 90 front. The front should be ok but I don't know about the rear.

Now they won't fit the rear. For the rear a 130/70-10 seems to be as close to the stock rear you can get........You can get away with a maxxis or continental zippy rear tire.

I love the dunlope on the front it has great feel and makes the frontend way more stable over the stock front tire...I took off my front slick and went back to the tt91's because they felt better on turning into the corners.

Yes.The 90/90 tire will rub like hell on the x18 lower fairings.

and can you tell me like what the

80/90/10 means

im guessing then the 80 is the height and the 10 is the width?

You won't have a problem with x15 then. 80 height 90width 10 rim size.

I am pretty sure that the first number is width (section width - the higher the number the wider the tire)
the second number is height (sidewall aspect ratio - the higher the number the taller the sidewall)
the third number will always be wheel size (diameter)
The letter (if it has one) is the speed rating

Yes i did get them mixed up.
The 80/90's gets stretched a little because of the width of the front rim. That makes the tire appear to have a lower sidewall appearance vs the 90/90's.I forgot that when i compared the 2 on the x18/x15 front rim.
