Question Hydro brakes/rpm question

First off I just want to say sorry for all the questions I'm still newbie to the pocket bike world. I'm pretty sure this is a stupid question, but how do you adjust the hydro brakes on the x12. My front brake is rubbing pretty bad without the brake being engauged. The manual that came with the bike has no info on brake adjustment. Also I have another question, what rpm is everyone shifting at and how much is to much rpm (where engine damage can accur). I'm a little scared. The other day I was riding and shifted from 4th to N to 1st by accident and I was going pretty quick (I think around 20mph). It was kinda like ABS brakes on a car. It slows down real quick and sputtered the whole time. As far as I know there is no damage. I felt like a dumb*ss after that. Anyway thanks for the help everyone.

check your wheel disc/brake alignment. you might need to add or subtract a washer on the wheel axle to move it right or left to align it better, the brakes pretty much arent adjustable. Your bike has a CDI which should have a rev limiter in it to keep the motor from revving too high.

Thanks Hot Rod
Yah I guess I wouldn't know if the bike has a rev limiter because I'm still breaking in the engine and have not taken the rpm up that high except for my one miss shift (which I have been told I was very lucky I didn't blow the engine).

yes its true you have a rev limiter but if your going too fast and throw the motor into 1st something has to give...you were lucky that u werent going that fast or your motor would have blown up
