your relay is underneath ALL THAT WIRING!!! u have to cut the cable ties that are holding all the cables in place and pull the wires up... it is a little black box..

there are most probably plugs on the relay that connect in line with the indicators but if not just cut the wires and re-solder them....

most of the wiring on my bike has labels on the side of the clip so you don't get mixed up.

its the bit where u connect to the engin. Well my bro is not convinced the bike should be changing gears using so much force because that silver frame bit is bending on my bike are they bent on yours too ?

not sure what u mean about the "silver frame bit" but the gear rod that's connected to the engine does flex a bit.. try not to change gear without the bike moving as more force is required to change gear...

you might just need to adjust the gear lever rod with the bolts.... it took me a cpl of different positions to get the right feel & the easiest to change..

u can also adjust the part that connects the "rod" to the engine undo the little screw and take it off and re-position it....

I have my rod at a comfortable position so i guess go off my positons.

On your first picture do you see that silver plate the one that is chromed which is extremly sharp on the other side mine has bent because of so much pressure put on the lever

I don't see why that would bend, can you take a picture of the broken lever?
once my bike tipped over and the lever got bent inwards so I used a blow torch and softened the gear and bent it back in place, you could do the same with the plate. The first thing I would do would be to weld the broken parts together but depends where it broke.

It was that part of the lever then hooks on to the engin that round bit it snaped in half but its all good now because the scwrew holds it toghther now

Yes I was up there today and got my parts (ignition $30, Gauge free, pickup free, sparkplug free and a better spring for the carb also free) so it was a good deal. I wanted to get the 22 tooth rear sprocket but he sold out and wasn't getting anymore in until tomorrow, Friday. I was not able to get any parts for you guys, he will only deal with the owner of each bike. and I also needed to tell him the invoice number on the receipt.
