he asked for my invoice number over the phone when he said he was going to send the parts over to me, if you never got one and he knows you got it off ebay then he should know its you.... he said the sprocket was $30 over the phone before I left. if you buy a rear sprocket and pay via netbank or paypall and ask for the dash at the same time then he will be more motivated to send it straight away

he's getting aftermarket exhausts in soon, I had a quick look at one on his bike. not sure if he's going to sell them on ebay. try and get him to send you a email with his details and transfer money via netbank is the easiest way.

nice bikes, I think the imortals look alot better without the little plastic cups around the wheel hubs.

thought id fill ya in my latest problems.... when i changed the bearings last time we had to fix the cheap rod spacer that goes in between the bearings as it was a bit butchered when i was tryin to get the old bearings out.... a friend machined the rod and it came out straight but the problem was that it was less then a "mm short so it would not hold onto the bearings.... so today bought two new bearings as the "old" but "new" SKF's were going to be history once the OXy was onto them.. went to the friend machinist and got two new stainless steel rods put in... it was a bit of a b*** to measure them exactly but we got them right...

the new stainless steel rods weigh double the weight of the original spacers and I have no worries about the bearings caving in.

haven't decided on a exhaust yet, I finally finished fibre glassing my inner side of the fairings though. there a bit heavier but should be
allot stronger, just waiting for them to dry. Tomorrow I going to reconnect my new ignition, its better than the stock. then try to get my alarm wired up might need a bit of help from futronix because the manual is a bit different than the wiring on the bike.

I decided to 2mm of the end of the inner bushing so it would sit freely and the guy at the shop said that would be fine. have you put the tires back on to see if there aligned properly?

not apart form whats normal. what dose it smell of, fuel? if its fuel then your carby might be flooding.. I don't really use the choke much I just put it on and kick start it to help prime the engine when its cold. if you have the choke on when the motor is on it will stall after a few seconds because of too much fuel.

yeah put the wheels back on and aligned it.... wheel is running straight...

u talking about "the guy" at CPB? I thought it would be ok to leave them sit freely but the annoying noise of it "chinging" around and the prospects of the bearings slightly caving in was enough for me to decide to do them properely...

im just about 100% confident in the bike ATM...

yes CHOKE "OFF" is DOWN.... your bike will smell for a bit.... how many mins u ridden it for??

my bike hardly starts with the choke on so dont worry, start it with the choke slightly "ON" or Completely "OFF", just let it warm up well before u ride it..
