hmmm. it seems they have the NGK BPR6ES as the replacement for the stock one they have installed.... the models might be just a difference in temperature tolerance. the one i have seems to work well, much better than the stock one.

"krsone" if ur going down to repco find out what the difference in the two are?

will do, the one you have might just have a hotter spark so that's why your engine is performing better and prevents misfiring...

C7HSA

what do you guys think about this exhaust on ebay Item number: 4545942402
im going to get the pipe dimensions to see if I can fit it without having to cut anything but probably will have to. its for a 50cc 4 stroke, but the guy said it should be fine.

wouldnt there be a variabe difference in the muffler design for a 50 to 110cc..... did ya end up buying it...(its already sold), id rather go for a custom pipe and exhaust... at least u know it would be made for your bike.

there probably would be a bit of a difference, I was going to measure up the area inside the pipe but didn't have time so I didn't bid. I going to call a few places around my area see if they can make me a custom pipe up within my budget. what's yours going to cost? I snuck my bike into the spare room last night so I can work on it tonight, hehe.

why dont you build it yourself? if you know how to weld it wouldnt be a problem + you can design it how you want it to look or soundthe best welding teknique would be TIG. im gonna build one or two exhaust for my x6 soon, one race pipe and one that doesnt sound as much as the race pipe, so i can use it in my neighbourhood

if you dont know how to weld/dont have the equipment, ask a friend who welds or a car repair store(excuse me im swedish, not so good on english) and give him/them a couple of bucks for the job, probably will be cheaper than buying one

I have all the resources and equipment available to me, the thing is theres gotta be a chart somewhere or proggie that calculates the measurments required for a 110cc engine exhaust system..

I got a mig but I need gas to make a good weld also pipe bender, grinder, drill
I think thats it. I might attempt it if I had some plans or enough info on 4 stroke pipes so I dont stuff up, google is probably the way. let me know if you find anything good.

i have only seen such program for 2 strokes. 4 stroke exhaust is not nearly as critical as a 2t. as long as its long enough not to burn the exhaust valve, straight as possible and the pipe is either same size or larger than the diameter of the outlet on the head you should be good to go.

can a 250cc muffler be welded onto the original pipe? or does it have to be a 100cc-125cc muffler?
