Thanks
My mate just took his 110cc B1 full throttle against a car and reached only 80km/h.

Although it hasent been tuned properely..

I am going to open mine up and post the readings as I have the digi speedo and will be able to give some accurate readings...

I am going to spend some money on a proper 4 stroke exhaust (custom made) I feel that the stock exhaust is restricting & reducing the power of the engine due to the baffle and the very small muffler pipe.... Its creating back pressure which a 4 stroke isnt supposed to have.....

does ne1 know if CPB has a 22 tooth sprocket for the B1??? how much???

My friend said something about the exhaust, wondering if there would be much of a difference in performance if I cut out the expansion chamber and wielded a
straight pipe in place

Im thinking of getting a propper 4stroke exhaust aswell, I dont know what these guys were thinking when they put an expantion chamber on the stock exhaust. it sould sound allot better 2. Ill ask the guy 2morrow about the sprocket.

I think there would be a substantial difference in performance from removing the expansion chamber..... time doesnt grant me the chance to cut it out and put a straight pipe in its place... if u try it lets us know what happens..

the rear sprocket is smaller so the wheel spins faster but takes a bit longer to get up to speed.

It works the same way as a bicycle gearing system, the smaller you go on the back sprocket, the more turn u will get a on the wheel. But u must remember if u want more top end u will loose bottom end .. u cant gain on both

loosing a bit on the bottom end might be aight with the 110cc cause if find changing from 1st to 2nd n 2nd to 3rd is a bit quick so it it might slow the gear change a bit.......

hope this makes some sense.... there are a posts on this subject just search for it ......

NO. NOT AT ALL. All im saying is that if u put a smaller cog on the back ("ie. changing the gear on a bicycle to a smaller gear) you will get more spins than a larger cog.....

its a 4 bolt pattern, the actual cog is 145mm in diameter - dont know how many teeth (stock), chain is 14mm wide i dont know how long it is (cant be stuffed measuring it).... maybe krsone might have the measurements?

It sounds like you your bike ahs been a little mis-handled. I would contact the place where you bought it from and ask why your paint is scratched off and why your bike is damaged!!!
