ur only really only going to get the bike at a certain angle sitting down.... its hard to do it standing on the stock pegs as ur body weight keeps the bike down...

if u want to do a quick wheelie in the air and then down ... do it from a stop /start...

i find it much easier to do it rolling.... put two pegs on the back rim and u will see how easy it is to do..... just have to pratice keeping it up in the air

Wheelies arn't that hard to do on the stock pegs or while sitting down. You just need to find the balance point after you pull it up. What I do to get it to come up is, get it rolling in first gear, but don't rev it too high. Then up-shift in 2nd, but hold the shifter up (this will disengage the tranny like your pulling the clutch). Rev the engine a little and let go of the shifter. It'll come up for you, no problem. The rest is just finding the balance point. The problem is that point is beyond what you instinctively feel is too far. Just remember to keep on the back brake. If you feel it going over backwards, hit the back brake. This will cause momentum to bring the front end back down.

Good luck.

not while its raining I just don't trust the tires and not good for the bike.
I do if there are a few wet patches on the road.
