Question Imortal 110cc Problems need help

Hi everyone I just got my 110cc 4 stroke imortal today and this is my first bike ever. I was wondering if anyone else who has this bike had experiences a stiff gear shifter and found it hard to shift up and down and did anyone also have problems with the air gate adjuster when u have it to start the engine with it on then switch it off after the engine was warm, I found it when I turned it off the engine would also turn off. I also found a few little silver balls wondering where they came from.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

my gears where a bit stiff when I got mine, it will get a little better over time. I adjusted the foot leaver downwards a bit and it helped shifting up. with the air gate adjuster (choke), I close it (pull up) Electric start for 2 sec or kick start once, then open it (push down) and electric start with a bit of throttle. the engine wont keep running if you got the choke on all the time its just help prime the engine. hmmmm silver balls, sounds like bearings.. check all your wheel bearings they could popped out.

ok, same thing happened to me within 10min of riding. don't get crazy pocket bikes to replace them coz it might happen again you would be better off getting some decent bearings. I got NTN bearings the serial is 6201ZZ/2AS. getting the bearings out is a pain in the A$$, so I would get them taken out professionally. the wheel will spin better than it ever would with the Chinese bearings.

that would be fine as long as there good quality. I went to pick the bike up and checked it out before I purchased it, it didn't have any cracks in it. It probably happen while it was shipped to you.

I called crazy pocket bikes but I didn’t ask them to replace it I just asked them for the size and stuff so I rang a local motorbike shop called Robbo's motorcycles and they had these KTM bearings in stock.

take the wheel with you so they can use a bearing puller to get the old ones out
and maybe they could fit them in for you as well, it'll save you allot of work.

I guess that's ok, I cost me $12 per bearing and I installed it myself. as I said, its very hard to take out yourself without the proper equipment (oxy), so it might be worth paying installation fee.

I think that all of the bearings are our already they were crushed that bad i guess there were a total of 8 rings from the rear wheel. Installtion of the bearing and for the bearings them selfs and taking them out if they are still there is $50-$60

If you havent got access to an oxy I would say pay for the removal and installation it will save you a lot of time & energy.......

I personally put SKF's because I have used them before and know they are good quality. I wouldnt go to the extreme and buy real expensive bearings because the rim itself and its internals arent the best (internal rods and shafts aren't straight) and the difference in performance wont be noticeable.....
