Wouldn't hurt to check the plug.

My first dumb question: Is the battery charged up good?

the clicking sound is the solenoid (relay), id start with the battery if it used to turn green now doesnt i would lean toward dead cell, or dried up battery, try getting a jump box that allows 2-5amps of out put Vector makes a good one and see if the bike kicks over, the plug is either on top or on the side of the engine inside of a boot

ok well real black means your running rich. If you could take a picture of your plug that would be helpful. And if it's automatic how do you have a clutch?? What I would do is go to WalMart or Pepboys and ask if they have an interchangeable Yuasa battery (bring your own battery to show them).

Bring your bearings to a bearing store and they'll tell you the size and probably make you some if you need them.
