The triple trees are the two alum pieces that the forks go through...There will be 4 bolts that you will loosen and then just slide the forks up....You'll have to loosen the handle bar clamps as well and reposition them...

Re: OMG i cant find out how!!!??

you can lower the back with your normal ****y ones. I figured it out when i changed my engine. Once the engine is actualy out of the bike the swing arm is free of the weight the you just swviel the top of your suspension up for lower and down for more stiff and high ride. Becareful because if its too low the exhaust will hit the backwheel gaurd lol. You might be able to do it without taking the engine out.

the first two have standard suspension setup

my lowered setup using same standard suspension at the back

Note: fronts were dropped a bit aswell because it looked *** when the back was just lowered

Re: OMG i cant find out how!!!??

yer once you loosen the whole front end to lower the bike youll have to loosen up the handlebars to otherwise it wont work. the front will look like this kind of

iam not sure about the ducati one as the factory may have done this standard however the other one is very well done the x7.

you have to pretty mych loosen up the whole front end including handle bars and kinda push the front forks straight throughthen tighten it up
