Here's a vid I found of it. It's not the phoenix, but it's the 988RR from Sweden as Tunningman has...

Re: pheonix? full sized?

Exactly! Just cruzin... and based on that vid and the road and weather he was riding in I wouldn't want to be doing nothin more than cruzin either! The Phoenix is a nice bike and more than likely worth every cent of the 1600 you will have to depart with but I am sure it wouldn't compare to a race ready bike of the same size such as the apprilla or the GPZ versions of the honda and Kawasaki 125's. But then again can any of us afford one of those?

Re: pheonix? full sized?

I was saying, don't expect to see anything labeled "Phoenix" on that bike. I know it's the same bike as the Phoenix.

What is your guys' opinions on it (those who haven't already posted theirs)??

I like the styling of it compared to the Lifan 200ccs running around the internet. But I'm just concerned about the power of it. And I want to use the passenger seat too and I don't know if the phoenix will put out power or not.

Re: pheonix? full sized?

you could always import a cbr125/150, they look good, but they dont have that beefy look. ive never had a bike before, so i am going to get an x18. more than likely i will love it and get a real bike down the road.

Re: pheonix? full sized?

I plan on buying one around February so I will spend the next few months doing craploads of research, calling people, etc etc. If no one has this bike by February, prepare for a full on review, videos, pictures, sounds...Anything you will need! I have a feeling by springtime this bike will get more popular as it almost is the same size as a real sport bike. I'm sure with the engines or the space left in these bikes you could throw something in there very nicely and get it moving. But still, 45-50 mph is all I will need to cruise the streets and the college campus. It's MUCH cheaper (even to a Ninja 250) and I think that is a huge factor that will play in here in the next few months.

Re: pheonix? full sized?

Ok - I am new here and this is my first post. I only registered to read about this bike (Pheonix, 988rr...etc.). I spoke to one of the sales people (Reuben)at Ricardo Motors who has been very nice. I have more pics attached here...if anyone else finds more info on this bike please shout! I have been looking for a solid review for a while now...

Re: pheonix? full sized?

Man, those pics look nice! I am wanting to see what a yellow one would look like and I'm dying to find out some more info about these things. They look great and the pics you posted (phantom) with the rider with the bike suit on looks like it's almost full-sized (compared to the one with the regular guy sitting on it which almost looks the size as the x18). If you can get any pics of the yellow one with silver rims PLEASE POST!! Also, is this thing able to support 2 riders and still hold up to cruising speed. I don't want it to look too goofy when we're cruising the street.
