Same as stock, those don't speed it up any. The head breather does nothing, it is a common myth, on some high compression super high revving really built motors it can help but it won't make any horsepower it just helps relieve the crankcase pressure and prevents gasket failure. The jet kit does not speed a bike up, a jet kit is an assortment of jets to be used for tuning but a stock bike has the correct jet in it so unless you change the exhaust (usually still fine with stock jet) or do some major mods you won't need to change the jets and installing a jet from a "jet kit" will just make your bike run worse. Octane booster is for when you are having detonation problems due to high compression or too much timing but your bike has low compression and you have done nothing to advance the timing so it would once again be money down the drain.
Essentially, the items you listed might only slow you down, except the head breather which would have no effect.
