That is twice the X7 weight. Hmm... I don't see it being twice big.

What could it be? Any vendors want to chime in?

The motor weighs 45lbs by itself. With a length of over 50 inches and a seat height of nearly 25 inches vs the x7- 52" with seat height of 20" I think it would weigh more than 90lbs.

dont quote me on this but i think 165 lbs is the weight on that pig. you arent gonna just pick it up and throw it in the back of your pickup like you would with an x7.

As far as I know this bike is the biggest midbike out there.

al300ex, do you have an x12? 90lbs seems ideal for me as I live up on the third floor and I always carry my X7 up and down every time I ride. But that sounds too good to be true?

160lbs sounds about right because a crf50 weights about 130+lbs and it is smaller than rx12

That is exactly what I do, I put it in my truck and I take it out of my truck.
It is definately not 165lbs, id say its between 90 to 100lbs. It is not light by any means but i can pick it up. They are not that big the pics will fool you, it is just alittle bigger than the x2 I had

Hell, maybee it does weigh more than 100lbs.

Here it is minus the plastic. It is not the lightest bike by far, but I can pick it up just fine.
