Turbo Pocketbike

Starting a new post since the bike is up and running. We are still working on finding a carb that will help us achieve more boost. Heres some new pictures with the completed setup. Also, a short video.

turbo with a 110cc..............one thing what was your top speed stock and what do you predict your new top speed will be? ...............looks sweet how its all came together

what will a turbo do as far as performance? cant wait to see more of this project way to go..........................................mine would still even give that a great race if not beat it, would be a good race tho

Thumbs up

Nice work!

How does the oil-pump hold up? Have you upgraded?

What about oil-temperature? Perhaps you will need an oil-cooler later?

Just asking because the oil in my Immortal 110cc gets to around 120 degrees celcuis when racing (10 minute races)..

Keep up the good work!

I have to admit after seeing countless threads on turbos and superchargers, this is the first one that has truely impressed me. Rather then posting up a ton a BS, you went, built it and came here with proof. Have fun tuning it, can't wait to hear more.

Hey thanks everyone. Im glad you guys like what we did. I agree ive seen many post claiming superchargers and turbos but never any proof. Well as you know we did it and its up and running. I want to know if we are the first ever to do this. And no it doesnt makes that PSSHTT sound cause were not using a BOV

Hey NOUSAGI

Where did you do research? And no we didnt spend that much $600-$800 est cost.

Today we added a 22mm carb and it chaged the sound of the bike. Performance it better but we are still unable to build over 3-4 lbs of boost. We are ready to upgrade the motor to a lifan 110cc or a 125cc motor since this crappy 110cc china motor cant flow enough exhaust. Aslo changing the gearing for higher topend

Where can I get a 125cc honda motor for a good price. Good luck finding data on that turbo. We are a IHI distributor and we have little to no info on it.Ive got a compressor map for flow rate and thats about it.
