What mods to get on my 110cc X7 to hit 70mph?

Are there any PB Gurus in here? I have about 300$ to spend, I know to get gears, but what about after that? What if i get a rear sprocket AND a bigger pinion gear? Any advice would greatly be appreciated.....

i wouldnt bother with the high rev programmer because if you gear it correctly you dont have to rev the hell out of your motor....the 2 best things you can do it port your head and get exhaust...bigger carb as well isnt bad but is going to kill low end torque which you need with a auto tranny and low gearing...also get 2000-2500 rpm engagement springs for you clutch from a moped store to help with takeoff...then get your sprockets and mill your head or get a high compression piston...with all this you will be definitely over 60mph and it wont take you like 2 miles to get to speed..you should be able to pull top speed in under a mile

Do you think $300 will cover everything you have listed especially if they have no connections with a machine shop? Not trying to sound funny but just asking a logical question..

yes it will a machine shop should charge you anymore than $60 to mill your head because for this single sylinder heads it isnt more than an hours work...the exhaust will cost you about $140..you can port the motor as well as advance the timing a lil for free (all you need is a dremel)...and the sprockets will cost you around $70...you should have no problem getting it done for under $300

Ok I was just curious. Actually I will be experimenting with the high rev CDI this weekend so if I float a valve I guess it's a waste

you should get stiffer valve springs if you are revving it higher so no valve float happens

im getting one of those hitman rev limiters because i need the timing advance 4 my 110cc manual trans, i also have a 22t rear sprocket so there is no way my engine can run that high of rev at 60's mph

From what I hear from someone that has already tested it on a 110cc it is like night and day but we'll see what happens. I went up 1 tooth on the counter sprocket so I should be ok

Mine will do 60+ and trust me that is plenty on one of these bikes
70 is just to much

if you want to advance your timing just look at the how to I wrote, it is free and does the same thing as that pos hitman. The rev limiter is there for a reason, these chinese engines wont handle much over reving them. I have built many of these engines from the tranny up and they cant handle much past 7500. Valve float is the least of your problems with these engines, if you snap a rod at 8,000 rpm and it pokes a hole in the case you will have oil all over your tires...........and at high speeds this is trouble
