X-18 battery help?

Since I got my bike the battery's been dead and won't take a charge, I was just ignoring it but since I've got all the plastics off to try to fix the clutch I figure I'll replace it. If it's not too expensive that is.

Is this a normal battery I can pick up at walmart or have to be special ordered from some where?

I believe it is a sealed lead acid battery. If you do not keep them charged up they go bad, had it happen to me already.
