X-18 Vs. X-19 and Where 2 Buy

I know all about the x-18, its the x-19 im more concerend about. becasue it is a new model, is it any better/faster/durable? is it a better deal over all? if so or if not, where is a reliable place to get one of these bikes, and any experience you have had purchasing, or registering these bikes. also, in order to register, you need a licence plate holder and a left rear view mirror. where can i order these online?

i saw that pocketbikesunlimited.com have x-18s and alot of performance parts for them. i know that PBU has a good reputation, and normaly high prices, but, $570 for a new x-18 isnt bad!

the bike is already cheap.. so 570 is a good deal.. if it includes shipping..
