43cc/49cc electrical system

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a 43cc engine pocketbike engine to go into a large scale RC boat, when ordering it I did not realize that it had the capability for electric start and to charge a bettery. My friend and I got to thinking that it would be nice to remotely start this thing if it was across the lake and that we should be able to run the receiver and perhaps running lights and a video camera off of the battery system. Here is my dilema, none of the electrical system came with the engine, in reading through here I noticed that alot of people have removed theirs from the bikes, so my question is, is there anyone that might have one laying around that they are not going to use? I can provide pictures of the engine if need be, though I think the charging and starting systems are pretty general. And I plan to post pictures of the beast as the project progresses.

i have a system layin around. i have everything but the wires from the hand switches that turn on the lights and horn are cut but i can still give you all that if you just want to solder that. idk if you would need the switches though if you are gunna have it all by remote.

That would be awesome, I do not think I would need the switches but it would be better to be safe then sorry. Also, I have the transmission and clutch assembly if anyone needs that, I am going to run right off the flywheel.
