Post 49cc super pocket bike racing

anybody here know where I can go and race my 49cc super bike in Pennsylvania. Because I live in Pottstown and I can't ride it out on the streets or I will be busted by the cops. I take it to a park and ride it but I want a flat area where I can race or ride at. Any suggestions?

nope but i have always wanted to live in the upper states sry cant help you with that but maybe in a airport becouse hear in fl they let use becouse it is a big open area later
