? about vibration

When I am riding my x7 it wil shake and vibrate when you get to higher speeds. Iknow that there is an engine vibration, but what I am talking about is a feeling like there is a tire out of balance. I was wondering if ayone else has this problem, or is it a common problem with mids?

i have not had this problem but you should check tire pressure and also check to see if rear wheel is aligned.

They vibrate alot. Why dont you try comparing you bike to a friends midbike of the same model and see if they are the same.

It is not the vibration that bothers me, I now these engines will do that. What the problem is is that when you are driving it it feals like the tires, especially the front, are out of balance. I have set the air pressure at 40psi front and rear. The rear tire seems to be aligned properly. There is no one that lives around me that has a mid bike for me to try out.

My bike does the same thing but I think your tire pressure is way too high. I think on the tire it says the max pressure is 25psi.

Wink

I agree with Michael, but I would lean mor towards a 30 front and 32 rear pressure if you of sizable stature. zBut if you a small guy then that might work out just fine. But it is possible that you are damaging your tires with over inflation. Just my two cents.
