boost port & purge tube???

ok i did a search but nobody says anything about making a boost port on piston skirt engines, should you make a boost port or not on a piston skirt engine? & should you make a purge tube even with the small hole on a carb?

purge tube.. you mean pulse line? the carb and intake manifold, if they have little holes..you dont need a pulse line because you have a pulse hole

I would think it is not a good idea unless you went with a reed setup on it. Pro-line is one of the advertisers that offers a reed setup for these bikes.

purge tube?i looked at the PBU race engine and they got a tube hooed up to the cylinder?what is that all about?
