Re: CAM2 bottle boost

do you have a lathe? if not you can still use a metal container in the shape you want and just thread it and make a connector and hose.
more complicated than im saying but its really easy

Re: CAM2 bottle boost

all it is is a bottle with a line to your manifold. the only thing that will hav to go by is the volume of the bottle. depending on how many CCs ur motor is will determine bottle size

Re: CAM2 bottle boost

For the double boost bottle setup I use long zerk fittings[grease fittings] and drill the stopperball spring cup out then I drill the opening with a 3/16" drill bit.drill and tap the manifold for a double boost bottle setup and add the zerk fittings...I let them poke down into the venturi and then I grind them flush with a grinding stone on a dremel and seal the tops with JB Weld....For the containers I used 2 spent Co2 canisters from my paintball gun;-drilled the tops and neck open with a 3/16" drillbit and hooked then to the intake with 5" of rubber line each..

For my single boost bottle on my stand-up scooter I used the aluminum float from the inside of propane cylinders.Below are pics of the propane cylinder gauge floats..Peace
