Electric Start works but Pull Start DOES NOT

my electric works fine but the pull start wont work. usually after warming up the engine the pull start works the sec pull but this time it wont start at all.

Open it up to make sure it not broken.

the pull start seems to pull fine.

turn your idle in more. then pull out the puller slowly 4 times then give it a pull it'll start up and choke all off

does the old cat eyes have a choke? i never see it when i look at the engine?

The factory cat eyes has a choke built into the airfilter. If you've upgraded to an after market filter/stack with the factory carb it would be built into the stack. If you bought a wt-603/668 then its got a choke built into the carb itself.
