giovanni M3 handle grips

hey i got a giovanni m3 and i ****ed up my handle grips and that plastic covering that pulls the throttle cable. so i was looking on ebay and wasnt quite sure if they would fit? and none of them have that part where u pull the throttle cable.. do u guys know a site to get them looking around 10$ canadian.. lol i dont wanna spend that much on handle bars.

-looking for pegs too. mine came loose and i lost them. same as the grips, im not sure if some of the items on ebay will fit?

oh and also, is there a way to paint the rims? can i just use a primer, and then use spray paint meant for metal? thanks
